Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Solosocial (https://social.solosocial.net), operated by Bluevents (Massimo Cipicchia, DBA), 129 S Sycamore Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036, USA (“we”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

1. The service

Solosocial helps you plan, create, schedule and publish content on social media accounts you own or manage (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile), read the comments you receive and see how your posts perform. It includes optional AI features that suggest texts, hashtags, images, videos and music.

2. Accounts

3. Connecting social accounts

4. Your content

5. AI credits and paid plans

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Solosocial to send spam, run fake engagement, impersonate others, collect other people's data without permission, interfere with the service or the networks, or break the law.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Solosocial available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features depend on the social networks' APIs, which may change, limit or stop features at any time. We may change or discontinue features, and we will update these terms when needed (the date above shows the latest version).

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time (cancel any Pro subscription first, or it keeps renewing). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the networks' rules, or that put the service at risk.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data, for content you publish, or for actions or outages of the social networks. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumers' rights.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. The state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers to bring proceedings where they live.
